The UCLA/UBA - Single Code Operations Center (SCOC) is a non-partisan, autonomous operations arm of the Uganda Consumer Lenders Association (UCLA) and the Uganda Bankers' Association (UBA) chartered to operationalize the Single Code while we act as an anchor between the member institutions, the public servant and the government.
